Returns
If you're not completely happy with any product you buy from Mama's Earth (except underwear*), for any reason, just send it back in its new unwashed condition within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund your money. Please contact us first to arrange your return at service@mamasearth.com.
*We do not receive returned undergarments or underwear. If you are not sure of the size, we recommend that you order one item on your first order to confirm fit and comfort. Then reorder the appropriate number.
Methods of Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Check, or Money Order. Orders placed using a check or money order will be shipped after payment is received and cleared.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within Massachusetts according to Massachusetts sales tax law.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will ship most of our in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your order.
