If you do not receive an acknowledging e-mail within 24 hours PLEASE call Mama at 800-620-7388. Mama's Return Policy Mama's highest priority is your satisfaction so we accept returns with a smile. Items returned within 30 days in "Original" condition (unwashed and with tags intact) can get a refund, exchange or store credit. Items returned after washing can still receive an exchange or store credit.
